As you may be entitled to a refund or exchange for faulty goods – we cannot refund or exchange for a change of mind – please email admin@jemimajackandme.com.au to make us aware of any faulty goods within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure the items are in original order with the original packaging, along with your invoice as proof purchase – to be considered for a refund/exchange.
Any custom items are unable to be considered for a refund – only exchange – if faulty. Please follow the same instructions as above.
Once we are aware of your claim for a refund or exchange, we require the items returned within a 10 day period, in original condition with all swing tags & labels attached, in it’s original package, as specified above.
I endeavour to ensure quality garments are produced & aim to keep clients happy.
Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
